What are your membership options?
We offer several membership tiers including Basic ($49/month), Premium ($79/month), and VIP ($129/month). Each tier includes different benefits such as personal training sessions, spa access, and priority booking.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes! Our certified personal trainers create customized programs based on your goals, fitness level, and preferences. Personal training sessions are available in 30, 45, and 60-minute options.
What facilities do you have available?
Our state-of-the-art facility includes weight rooms, cardio equipment, group fitness studios, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and recovery zones. All equipment is regularly maintained and sanitized.
What are your operating hours?
We are open 24/7 for member access. Group classes run from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Personal training appointments are available from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Can I cancel or pause my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership with 30 days notice. You can also freeze your membership for up to 3 months per year without penalty. Contact our front desk for assistance.
What types of classes do you offer?
We offer over 50 different classes including boxing, HIIT, yoga, Pilates, spin, dance fitness, and strength training. Classes are scheduled throughout the day and week to accommodate all schedules.
Do you have childcare services?
Yes, we offer supervised childcare services for children ages 3-12 during gym hours. Childcare is available for 2-hour blocks and must be booked in advance through our app or front desk.
How do I book classes or appointments?
You can book classes and personal training sessions through our mobile app, website, or at the front desk. Bookings open 7 days in advance and close 2 hours before class starts.
